Burpees are another great compound exercise. This one gets your heart rate up and uses explosive movements, which makes it a great calorie burner and a great way to improve endurance.
The goal is to do them as fast as possible, but don’t rush when starting; using good form is more important than speed. As you get stronger, you’ll be able to do them faster, more reps, and eventually, even add a push-up at the bottom!
