Happy Valentine’s Day! Keep your heart healthy and happy by eating as many different veggies as possible. And don’t be afraid of eating meats other than chicken! Healthy eating can be delicious if you’re creative and know what you like. This salad has: Green leaf lettuce, carrots, jicama, tomato, mushrooms, and avocado (which I LOVE). Medium rare pan-grilled steak (about 8oz/225 grams/ 1/2 a pound), and chunky @herdeztraditions salsa casera as the dressing.
