Works: Core (and everything else!)
Plank is a great core exercise, whether it’s done on elbows or hands, that also engages every other muscle in the body when done correctly. When we combine these two types of plank together and “walk” our hands and elbows up and down, the benefits are multiplied! It’s definitely a challenging move that requires stability and control to do properly.
Don’t let your hips sag, and don’t lift your butt up in the air either. You should be as flat as, well… a plank! Stiff as a board, your back should be straight and aligned with your shoulders. Engage your core and avoid rocking your hips left and right.
