24-hour notice for cancellation of private sessions is a sensible, commonly used guideline that allows both trainer and client a fair amount of flexibility. When paying for online services, payments must be made in advance through PayPal.
Email support can be added to Private Training programs and Wellness Coaching. It will give clients access to me all month to ask any questions about nutrition, lifestyle, food choices, or anything else regarding their ongoing upgrade!

The first meeting will be a Performance Nutrition/Body Composition consultation ($25) so that I can gather all the client’s information and design a personal plan. All sessions after that will fall under the Personal Training Session category ($40).
I approach training as a teaching forum. You are here not only to become stronger, but also to master the techniques necessary for your success. To succeed, you must take responsibility for your progress by keeping a training journal. I will guide you on how to get started logging your workout data such as weights, repetitions, and sets, in addition to recovery and performance nutrition information. Tracking your progress will enable you to determine your own training loads and how to personalize your training program to fulfill your training goals effectively and safely. There is no better resource in designing an effective and individualized workout plan than your own training history.
Performance nutrition and recovery are as important as what you do in the gym. If you do not fuel your body adequately and allow it to recover, your progress will stall. You do not get stronger by lifting heavy weights; you get stronger by the ways in which your body recovers and adapts from lifting heavy weights. Working out consistently, but also getting adequate nutrition and rest, is essential to succeeding with any training plan. I provide nutrition advice and counseling to all of my clients.
I also offer stand-alone nutrition advice and counseling regarding lifestyle and lifestyle changes to improve wellness and self-satisfaction. In these sessions, I will ask a series of questions and get to know my client’s needs and goals, as well as their mental and emotional state. The latter can have a huge impact in how we behave and how we treat ourselves and our bodies, therefore, having a better understanding of ourselves is imperative in improving our lifestyle and becoming healthier, happier human beings.
These sessions can be done via Skype, over the phone, or in person and clients are welcome to schedule them as often as they want (once a month, once a week, etc…).
