Toning at the Park (Full-body Strength Training)
This is a full-body strengthening class, except this one does not require any other equipment besides a yoga mat or something to put on the ground to exercise on. This class focuses on calisthenics and high-intensity intervals, and especially, using compound movements to strengthen the entire body while burning calories and gaining muscle control. Compound exercises are movements which engage several muscles at once, which also targets smaller muscles used for balance; this helps get more work done in a shorter amount of time!
