Full-body Strength Training
This is a class focused on developing strength by using weights while keeping the workouts varied by adding high-intensity interval training and plyometrics. By varying the type of exercise we do we make sure all of our whole body is developed and strengthened without ignoring any muscle groups. The class is held three times a week to maximize gains.

Toning at the Park
This is another full-body strengthening class, except this one does not require any other equipment besides a yoga mat or something to put on the ground to exercise on. This class focuses on calisthenics and high-intensity intervals, and especially, using compound movements to strengthen the entire body while burning calories and gaining muscle control. Compound exercises are movements which engage several muscles at once, which also targets smaller muscles used for balance; this helps get more work done in a shorter amount of time!
